Absolutely amazing practice. Megan and Dr. Patel took the time to listen to my concerns, explain exactly what the issues were, and worked with me on a treatment plan. There was no high pressure sales (as I have experienced in the past) and there was much empathy and general care. Truly an awesome experience. I recommend this practice 10x over!

My experience at Stoneridge Dental was first class! Everyone was so professional and kind. I had a full mouth rehab and Dr Patel led the way with skill, kindness, communication and expertise. I’d like to especially give a shout out to Haley, Trish, Megan, Grace, Kristin and Amy! The staff backing Dr Patel is as outstanding as he is! I will enthusiastically be referring people to the practice!

Dr. Moberger and her staff are amazing. Today I had a crown put on and Hayley was so kind, gentle and kept me informed of everything she was doing. They offered me a water, warm neck towel and what I wanted to watch on the tv. This is the most informative dentist practice I have ever been to along with making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I would highly recommend Stoneridge dental!

The staff at Stoneridge Dental is amazing!! My son had an unexpected emergency and the staff worked together to make sure he was scheduled ASAP! I have hated the dentist my ENTIRE life. Every time I went it was bad news, expensive, painful, and full of shaming. I am anxious to even get cleanings done. My experience with StoneRidge Dental has been nothing short of amazing. My dental hygienist, Remi, is so accommodating and friendly that I actually look forward to coming in. These experiences can be overwhelming and the staff is friendly and empathetic. Dr. Patel was patient and gentle when doing my dental exam and advising future treatments. Hayley is my absolute favorite dental assistant and is beyond accommodating. I always feel a sigh of relief when I see her because I know she will be patient, kind, gentle, and welcoming. 10/10 I HIGHLY recommend coming to StoneRidge for your dental needs. After years of bad news and discomfort I am finally on my way to getting my dental hygiene in order and it is one hundred percent thanks to these awesome people!

I had my post op visit yesterday. I was welcomed when I checked in at the registration desk. Hayley then came out to get me after about a 5 minute wait. Hayley provided top notch customer service while she was with me. I had to have some stitches removed today and she removed them with no issues and I felt no pain. She explained everything that was going to be done at my visit and made me feel comfortable during the entire appointment. She was one of the best dental assistants that I have ever had. I would definitely ask for her to assist at any other appointments because of her bedside manner. Thanks Hayley!!

Stoneridge Dental Care is a gold standard in dental care. From the time you make your appointment to the time your care is complete, everything moves like clockwork the staff is friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient. Dr. Patel is a a pleasure to work with, a thorough gentleman and a sincere doctor, always providing detailed explanations and the best service. The facilities are fabulous, feels like a spa.

As a new patient, I had an excellent first visit. The intake process was thorough (full mouth x-ray, bite wing x-rays, pictures, gum measurements and oral cancer screening). My hygienist, Remi, was friendly and explained everything as it was happening. Dr. Conkey was personable and funny. I have, as the kids say, "no notes". I would recommend StoneRidge Dental to anyone looking for a caring team of people dedicated to making your dental experience comfortable and tailored to you.

I’ve been going to Stoneridge Dental for about 4 years and it has been a great experience every time! I’m called back for my cleaning quickly after arrival and the hygienists are always professional, talented and friendly! My most recent visit I was helped by Molly, who was fantastic! The dentists are thorough and will take the time to answer any questions you have. The location is also great and easy to get into.

I originally came in for an emergency with a toothache that was getting worse. They were able to fit me in quickly. After seeing a referral at an Endodontist, I had the tooth removed. I was told what to expect, and there were no surprises on the day of surgery, which went well. I was also treated with respect every time I spoke with someone at this office. With Dr. Patel & the rest of the staff, I think I finally found a dentist I can call home again after many years of searching for one and several mediocre experiences. I had one years ago that I loved, but due to insurance reasons I had to leave that office.

My first time and definitely will not be my last! I had a wonderful visit from beginning to end and my dental hygenist, Pahoua, made it relaxing -- yes, relaxing! My anxiety has been getting worse with dental visits but I care too much about my mouth to give up. Going to StoneRidge Dental Care and having Pahoua's patience, gentle touch, and time to explain what was going on with my mouth health helped me push my anxiety to the side. I really appreciate all their efforts and care and look forward to my next visit in 6 months!

This was my first visit to StoneRidge and for a first visit I had alot going on but I gotta say I definetly found my dental home. I had to get a new patient exam, a cleaning done and a cavity filled. From beginning to end it was nothinng short of a fantastic experience. From the front desk to hygenist to EFDA to the Dr. it was nothing but incredible care. Everybody wanted to ensure I was comfortable and everyone was great at what they did. Great experience.

Rana, Hayley, and Dr. Conkey were AWESOME. They made my first visit easy peasy and made me feel very comfortable. I will be coming back! I let too much time lapse between visits, but the staff never make you feel negligent about it. They are just happy to see you again! From the moment Grace greets you at the door, till you settle your bill and leave, everyone is so calm and pleasant and focused . It makes trusting them with your care so much easier. The BEST experience I’ve had at the Dentist! I had a dental emergency and was able to be seen the same day, almost immediately! Everyone was SOOO nice and welcoming! Dr. Patel was so proffesional, thorough, and reassuring! I cant wait till my kiddo has his 1st appointment, we wont be going anywhere else!

I can't say enough good things about Stoneridge Dental! I recommend them for both cosmetic dentistry and general dental care. Dr. Moberger and Kim are a phenomenal team and exceeded my expectations in every way. I waited years to get my teeth fixed and am so glad I trusted Stoneridge Dental to take care of me. They are the professional, caring and fantastic at what they do.

A visit to the dental office has never been one of my favorite appointments but recently I had the pleasure of meeting some of the staff at Stone Ridge Dental Care for overdue dental concerns and I found the service to be exemplary. Prior to attending my scheduled initial session, the staff was very prompt in sending an information packet to be completed prior to the visit to alleviate prolonged waiting for a new patient. On my arrival at the facility, I was greeted very warmly in the reception area by Grace who made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I was only there for a few minutes before clinic staff escorted me to an exam room and we began the initial processing. The staff were so gracious and very friendly. Although the staff remained professional it was as though we had been friends forever. The facility is very clean and although it was busy, the atmosphere was calm and not chaotic. I love the windows in each room that provide a scenic view of the trees and birds that helped me to stay calm rather than focusing on what the procedure would entail. At the time of this post, I do not recall the names of the initial staff that assisted me for the X-rays but, they were very gracious and fully explained each process and answered my questions. Finally, there is doctor Conkey who is really good at easing your fears and making sure that the patient is fully involved with the decision making process regarding treatment and expected outcomes. He also has a good sense of humor. A special thanks to Kim and Allie for their assistance during and following consultation. As strange as it may seem for someone who never liked going to the dentist and was always very apprehensive, I am looking forward to my next visit to Stone Ridge Dental Care to begin the process of helping me to reach my dental goals. Dr. Conkey and his staff were Amazing. Megan was very thorough and in depth during the entire process. She went over everything step by step, and in detail. That was going on with my teeth. She had pictures and slides up pinpointing things as well. I have never had so much fun at a Dentist office lol. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a Dentist office. Let me start off by saying Stoneridge Dental Care is the most phenomenal practice in Columbus (Gahanna) Ohio. I'm a new patient and I got to work with a dental hygienist by the name of Megan, she was extraordinary she really knows her stuff and she made me feel right at home, she was such a joy and a delight to work with. At Stoneridge, I noticed right away how well put together the office was great decor spacious state of the art equipment modern architectural design it seemed like the "air was different' you can breathe better there. I got the pleasure to meet the chief of staff Dr. Conkey, shook my hand and told me to call him Chuck, at Stoneridge Dental Care they makes you feel like family. If you're looking for a new dental (Care) home Stoneridge Dental Care is your home. If I could give this review 10 Stars I would and that still wouldn't be enough, way to go Stoneridge Dental Care.

I could not have had a better experience at a dental office. They were so personable, caring and friendly. It was not an intimidating environment at all. I really enjoyed getting to know Remi and Dr. Conkey, both were so easy to talk to and made me feel at ease and comfortable. I was kept informed throughout my entire visit. They both had the absolute best personalities, you can truly see they are so passionate about their work and love what they do. I just couldn't imagine going anywhere else now, it was perfect from start to finish. I would highly recommend them 🙂

I’ve been going to StoneRidge for years and I have always been happy with their friendliness and professionalism. They are always ready and willing to answer any questions or concerns. I’ve had several hygienists, but I currently ask for Meghan whenever I can. She is thorough and efficient, and I appreciate her intelligence and candor.

Stoneridge Dental is exceptional! The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, professional and accommodating. They provide incredibly thorough information and do a great job of explaining everything in a way that you understand. They make you feel comfortable throughout your entire visit. Dr Conkey and the hygienist team (particularly Susan) are incredibly kind, considerate, and thoughtful, and go out of their way every time to make me more comfortable. I have contamination OCD and anxiety which makes dentist visits very challenging, but they talk me through everything in advance, give me options to help me navigate things to my comfort level, and are the best experience at any dentist I think I've ever had. I HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone -- particularly people with anxiety!

I am deathly afraid of being in a dentist chair, and having those instruments go in and out of my mouth terrifies me. Just the thought of going to a dentist puts me in a stressful state. I decided recently to change Dentists so that I did not have to travel as far as I did up to this point. I chose Stoneridge because they got very good reviews online and when I spoke with Mary, she assured me that they will do everything possible to make each visit a pleasant and positive experience. I am happy to say that they did just as they said. My hygienist was Susan, who immediately put me at ease by explaining everything to me before anything was done. She then proceeded to explain what they would do to decrease my stress level for any of the procedures. Then when my session was over, which was not stressful at all, she explained to me what all my next visits would entail based on the initial assessment. I have been back three times now and I have not dreaded going for the procedures at all. I am so confident that Susan will take any precautions necessary to avoid my stress level being elevated. Her explanations that are in such great detail are so helpful. Dr. Patel has been very nice and I look forward to my more detailed procedures with him that are coming up soon. The entire office is full of people that are happy and make it very clear that they are there for you, including Alexis who handles all of my billing insurance matters. I highly recommend this dental office. I look forward to leaving my teeth in their care! 2024 Update I am still very pleased with this dentistry group. Last year I had so much done to my teeth that I thought I was literally supporting the dental center. Everything required that I use nitrous oxide because I am definitely afraid of the instruments in any pain. I never feel anything no matter what the procedure is. Dr. Patel is so gentle and explains everything to me. Susan the hygienist is the best I have ever had. My teeth never hurt when she cleans them. I highly recommend this group to anyone who needs dental work and is afraid to go get anything done.

Im from out of town and working in the area. I had the worst toothache of my life and wasnt sure how i would make it through the work week. I left work in the middle of the day and googled emergency dentist near me. Thats how i found stone ridge. They all welcomed me in like i was family, Allie worked me right in. The best dental experience i have ever had and plan on making them my primary. Thank you dr. Conkey for all your knowledge, definitely a lifesaver!

Dr Patel is the best dentist I have ever had. He is very good at explaining dental care options, and is very concerned with making sure you are comfortable during your procedure whether it is a routine checkup or an extraction. All the staff I have seen at Stoneridge Dental Care go out of their way to make sure that patients are seen as quickly as possible, with minimal disruption to work and family schedules and maximum explanation of the procedures. They also do everything they can to talk to insurance to work out financing. If you are on the east side of Columbus, give Dr Patel and Stoneridge Dental a try.

Dr.Patel is one of the best dentist I’ve ever had. I usually require multiple doses of numbing medication before a procedure. This man is the MAN! . One dose and I was good for the entire procedure. I would recommend him to everyone ! I am so glad I chose to come to this office. He is absolutely amazing! Thank you so much Dr.Patel. By the way you have a wonderful office staff too!

Dr. Conkey, Christina, Susan, Mary and the rest of the team consistently deliver A+ Service that makes you feel like you're a VIP. They're extremely attentive to detail, take their time in answering your questions, and are always extremely flexible when it comes to scheduling. I would recommend StoneRidge Dental Care to any patient that wants a dental experience that is painless and seamless.

In my 49+ years of life, Dr. Patel is BY FAR the finest dentist/ oral surgeon I have ever known. I initially came here for some dental work and ended up transferring my routine care to StoneRidge Dental Care. It's a good hour and 15 minutes drive from where I live in Chillicothe, but the service at StoneRidge is so far superior to anything I've experienced that it's well worth it. Every associate from the receptionist to the dental assistants to the office manager go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and you understand the work needing done. The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid, no surprises. I found the entire staff to be honest and accommodating at every visit. The service is incredible, and Dr. Patel is unbelievably skilled. Throughout the process of my dental implant I experienced zero pain. He was honest in telling me there could be a little soreness for about 3 days following the stud placement and that it would be treatable with ibuprofen. On post-op Day 3 I took my last dose of ibuprofen. No Pain. I can't say enough about how great this place is. There are a lot of options for your dental care. StoneRidge Dental Care is my choice. Give them a chance. I promise you'll love it.

Dr.Conkey and Megan our hygienist worked flawlessly as a team. Megan is so sweet and gentle in her delivery to my daughter on how to care for her teeth just a smidge better. Dr. Conkey was thorough in his explanation when it came to talking about orthodontics with my daughter helping us understand the pros and cons of traditional braces and Invisalign. Beautiful office as well! Dr. Patel and Brittany A. saw my 15 year old son today as well. Brittany was so kind and genuinely asked questions and did great explaining to my son how flossing is just as important as brushing your teeth. Dr. Patel came in cheerful and was great in explaining what we were looking at in the x-rays. 10/10 recommend everyone in this office.

I am always anxious when I visit the dentist, but Rana and Dr. Conkey took great care of me. I went to StoneRidge Dental seeking a second opinion on dental work and I feel they were very honest and I appreciate them aiming to try the least invasive treatment plan first. Will definitely be sticking with their office.

I have been a patient at Stone Ridge dental since 2019. When I started with them I had not been to the dentist in years. I've had anxiety surrounding my dental care from past experiences, and have been to multiple offices. Stone Ridge is completely different in a wonderful way! I've had the absolute pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Conkey, he is very experienced and down to earth! He works WITH you on your dental plan, and his bedside manner is awesome! My dental hygienist Susan B. is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable, gentle and informs you of everything she is doing and why. Susan has educated me through out my multiple treatment plans and is overall a truly kind person. I also had the pleasure of working with Amy with financial and scheduling, she is fantastic and gives all information you need regarding insurance and treatment plans. I also meet a few other staff today as well, Kim L., Rana, and Trish! Also to note, I have had a couple root canals and a tooth extraction done by Dr. Patel, whom is also kind and down to earth and is great at numbing. The receptionist (I did not get her name) is very welcoming as soon as you arrive, and answers any questions you may have and with get you to the right person if by chance she does not know. Overall, I cannot express how much gratitude I have for the TEAM at Stone Ridge Dental! I have already referred many friends, co-workers and family here. I truly hopes this helps anyone who has any doubts, fears/anxiety about the dentist because this place will truly have you feel like Family! Thanks ALL the staff for what you do! 🙂

Over the last 20 years, I’ve seen three dentists at Stoneridge Dental Care. They all have common traits of competency, awareness of new technologies that assist them in providing the latest care, and empathy for humans who want/need assistance with their oral hygiene. Stoneridge Dental sets the bar for dental care. This is my most favorite dentist practice that I’ve ever been a patient of because of the personal attention provided and kindness of every person who comprises this exceptional team. I recently found myself in need of two crowns and on a Wednesday morning settled in for a procedure that could have been quite uncomfortable. I’m not going to say it was a day at the spa HOWEVER between the blanket, neck pillow and offer of lumbar pillow I might have been able to nap if I didn’t need to keep my mouth open for the dental work. Dr Conkey and the team were so gracious and professional. They consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable and explained the steps of the process along the way. I consistently have a positive experience every time I see Dr Conkey and the staff at StoneRidge Dental Care.

This is a five star dental office. Every time I have visited they treat me and my elderly aunt with dignity and respect. My aunt is now in a nursing home and has had a hard time taking care of her teeth. The staff is friendly and professional. They make us both feel comfortable and well cared for. I recommended StoneRidge Dental to all my friends and family.

These are by far the best people I have ever dealt with at a dentist office. The equipment is all up to date with the latest available to date. This is a major bonus for your dental health. I mentioned the people first. A practice like this, or any business really is only as good as it's people. I have been educated for what my needs are. I have done more research on my own. This helps me better understand the information I have been given from the people at Stoneridge dental. I have to just say they are friendly, thorough, patient, and helpful. I highly recommend them for your personal needs. Whether that be regular dental checkups and maintenance. Or if you have a more complicated situation and you are afraid to confront it. For me personally I have been left in the dark at other dental offices. It's like the door was opened from a knock at the door. Just far enough open to look out and acknowledge the knock. But no invite in to give knowledge. No identifying markers that resonated to my own understanding of what I was dealing with. Substandard equipment. They were nice enough people. They just didn't feed the information I needed to understand and participate in my own dental health. This actually made me avoid the dentist. The pain the not knowing. The feeling that I wasn't getting anywhere kept me sick longer than I would have been had I found this dentist office. Sorry I was so long winded. I hope if you have issues you have put off because of experiences similar to mine. I truly hope you find some people willing to work with you. Educate you. Get you to feel hopeful for a better future with your health. If for some reason you can't come to stoneridge dental I hope you find a good fit somewhere. Your smile, and your health are important.

My husband and I both wanted to find a dentist more local to our new home, and tried a visit with StoneRidge. Start to finish fantastic experience. My first visit was extremely thorough, very kind and gentle, and never rushed, and they really listened to my concerns for my dental health in the future. Dr Conky is my favorite dentist I have had in my adult life. He is friendly and always remembers my family. He always has great stories to tell and when getting fillings makes needles painless to me. I was with another dentist for several years and was recommended from a friend to switch to Stoneridge dental. I am so so glad I made this change. I had cleaning, check up and filling and my care was impeccable. Staff are extremely friendly, very caring to know my needs and main focus as a patient. Susan cared for me so well and was so kind throughout my whole cleaning & X-ray work. She went above and beyond to make me feel At ease and her work was thorough and so well executed! I then had my filling ( a filling that had caused me a lot of stress over the years) filled by Christina and Dr Conkey. Dr Conkey listened to my needs and was so great with his dental advice and guidance. Cristina was so kind annd friendly she made me feel so calm and did an immaculate job with my filling. I am so glad I made the change and my family and I now have a dentist we can trust and feel so well cared for! Thanks for everything!!! Highly recommend.

I’d heard about Stoneridge Dental while listening to the radio, I decided to give them a try after avoiding the dentist for many years, and finally deciding to repair a broken bridge and replacing the missing tooth with a dental implant. The process was a bit longer than I had anticipated, and required orthodontics to correct my shifted teeth before I could move forward with the implant. Dr. Patel and the staff at Stoneridge Dental devised a plan for my treatment, referred me to a reputable orthodontist, and had financing options available. Today my my implant was placed. I’m extremely happy with the results but I’m even more impressed by the hard work and level of customer service that Dr. Patel and his team provided. Thank you!

The staff at StoneRidge Dental Care are caring and professional. I was impressed how they cared for my 95-year-old mother with compassion. Our technician, Remi, was patient and kind. Our dentist, Dr. Chuck Conkey was a delight to work with. Everyone at the office treated us like we were important to them. I am so pleased I found this practice for my mother’s dental care. Years ago, I was in search of a new dentist office where I could feel welcomed, valued, and actually listened to. I have been so pleased with every interaction I’ve had with the team at Stoneridge dental. Remi and Dr. Conkey have always been personable, courteous, meticulous, informative, and thoughtful. When my family decided to relocate across town, it was no question we would continue driving to Stoneridge for our dental care. Convenience can’t beat care!

My first visit as a new patient here was absolutely amazing! There was no waiting time. The person at the front desk was welcoming and very nice. Susan the dental hygienist was absolutely fantastic- very thorough, knowledgeable, professional, kind, patient, careful and fun. Dr. Conkey was amazing as well. I had my cleaning done with Remi and she was wonderful! Super patient and accommodating and walked me through each step. I have also seen Dr Patel in the past who was very nice. Really had a good experience here so far even though I was nervous about my cleaning and have sensitive teeth. I was very comfortable!

Going to StoneRidge Dental is always a great experience! Remi and Rana are hands down the best dental hygienist’s I’ve ever had. Super nice and personable and make me feel extremely comfortable. And Dr. Patel is wonderful as well. It’s really like seeing friends every six months. They always talk through what they are doing and what they see, I feel very well taken care of and never want to go somewhere else.

Before coming to StoneRidge I have had some bad experiences when getting dental work done. I would come into the office with high anxiety but StoneRidge has always made feel comfortable and heard my concerns. The team has been amazing from the hygienist to the Dr. It was comforting to have so many care for me and even the little things like a blanket or warm pillow made the experience so much more comfortable. Everyone is so welcoming even when first walking into the door. After 2-3 years I am on my way to having great hygiene health. I am so very grateful for this amazing team and would recommend them to anyone!

I had such a pleasant experience at StoneRidge Dental. The office is very clean and updated with the latest technology. My hygienist, Bethany was really sweet and personable and she did a very thorough job with my cleaning. Dr. Conkey was also very nice (and funny!) and gave great advice. I have been going to stone ridge dental for years and they always take the best care of their patients. Had my first appointment earlier this week and the care was phenomenal. X-rays and normal photos were taken to show me exactly what was going on with my teeth with in-depth explanations and answers to all of my questions. By in-depth I mean I even got to see a sample of the bacteria in my mouth under a microscope. With it being a dentist appointment I didn't expect to be particularly comfortable, but the staff even provided a heated neck pillow to use during the examination. Absolutely 5/5 - as I said on my way out, this was the first time I'd ever left a dental appointment in a better mood than before I'd shown up.

Rana and Susan are absolutely by far the BEST hygienists ever. Dr. Conkey is fabulous. I have been going here for over 20 years and I highly recommend StoneRidge Dental. This is a place that actually cares about you and your health. Their techniques and technology are always the most modern and up to date available. This dentistry is like family.

As an adult, it’s hard to find a dental office that helps you feel comfortable and is hard to make connections with the staff. This place has been amazing since my first visit a while ago. I am a big fan of Stoneridge Dental! I have been a patient in this practice for 28 years. What keeps me coming back even though I moved and have to drive across town to reach Stoneridge? The professionalism of the Dr. Conkey, the hygienists, and the office staff. I appreciate that Stoneridge has always used the latest technologies and practices and I have never been pressured into a service that wasn’t needed. I especially appreciated today’s visit where my hygienist, Rana, went above and beyond to help me with a tooth sensitivity issue, Alexis worked to find someone who could take dental impressions after my cleaning so I wouldn’t need to make a return visit across town, and Trish did a fabulous job taking my impressions even though it wasn’t on her schedule to do so. Over and over again, Stoneridge Dental has proven its dedication to its patients, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I moved to Ohio a few months ago, so I asked my new church friends what dental office they’d recommend. StoneRidge Dental Care was my first recommendation, and that office took very good CARE of me! My hygienist Rana was friendly as she introduced herself and asked about me. Right away, I felt at ease. As she cleaned and worked, she explained everything and showed great attention to detail. When Dr. Patel came in to meet me, she summarized our visit professionally and accurately. I loved seeing their respect for each other and felt their care for me (dentally and personally).

Rayna is pure gold. Her professionalism, patience, and empathy have worked wonders with my autistic son and his fear of the dentist. Sensory issues are often exaggerated in autistic children, and my son is no exception. Unfortunately, previous visits to the dentist had not resulted in positive experiences, and quite often ended in tears from a scared, exhausted little boy. StoneRidge Dental Care's amazing technical staff has changed that for him. From start to end, Rayna was patient and kind, showing him what she was about to do, encouraging him to touch and "practice " what was going to happen next, and allowed him to set the pace and boundaries of the appointment. I am so grateful for her kindness and compassion, and so is he. Highly recommended for Autistic children.

I had a dental emergency while visiting my daughter in Gahanna, Ohio. I tried several dentists to see me but most couldn’t for several days. I’ve been with Stoneridge Dental for about 20-ish years and I adore them! Dr. Conkey is the BEST! I always look forward to seeing Rena and Kim because they are seriously the best people! Today was my first visit at Stoneridge Dental. My checkup today was seamless. Mary, Check In, was very welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Erika, Hygienist, made me feel right at home during my x rays and cleaning. She was very gentle and thorough in her work and explained everything as she went. Dr. Conkey explained the best course of treatment after my exam and was great to talk to. Amy, Treatment Coordinator, was polite and very attentive to my scheduling needs. Overall, a very nice visit. So today I am going in for my 6 month check-up. Going to StoneRidge is a lot different than going to any other dental office in the past. I get the same hygienist, which is supper important to me. I have Remi who has been one of the most professional, yet personal hygienist I have ever gotten to work with. Other dental practices seem to have a different person every time I have gone there. The other dental practices I have gone to have always made me a bit anxious before I went. Not here. Would I rather stay home and watch TV or take a nap? Well of course, who wouldn't. But I am extremely comfortable going there...and I don't have a problem taking time out of my day to see them. A great place...with great people.

Dr. Conley and staff are great. I had perio maintenance and a cleaning after missing for a year due to COVID. Remi was fantastic. I have not been a patient at this practice for several years after moving out of state. When I was a patient they did an amazing job in helping me overcome some serious dental fear issues and put me on a path to a far healthier mouth. Recently though I broke a crown that was on an implant and there was a problem identifying the implant which meant that I couldn't get a new crown. Decided to call my old VA dentist and see if they had the records of what the implant was. Not only did they have the records still which they sent to me Dr Hong even gave me a call to see how I was doing! This dental practice understands and cares for its patients, and its former ones !

I have always been fearful and nervous at all dental office’s, until I tried StoneRidge Dental. Today was my first dentist visit with Dr. Patel, and it was amazing!!! He is very thorough and really cares about his patients. My family and I are new to Ohio and needed to find a new family dentist. Our chiropractor, Chris Hess, referred us to Stoneridge Dental. From the first phone call to schedule appointments for our family of 3, I was so happy to meet them. Our 6 year old son had his appointment first yesterday morning. They greeted us with smiles when we entered the lobby. Rana, came to get my little guy and was amazing from the start! She explained everything she was doing with him as she went along. She got down on his level. She even had a prize already ready for him with a balloon and bag before we even started the cleaning. He was ecstatic! When he was done, she gave him a stuffed puppy because he mentioned loving dogs. He was over the moon! My husband arrived later that morning. Having had a bad experience with the last dentist we tried, I didn’t tell him anything so he could form his own opinion. He was floored by the level of care and patience they took with him. They created a game plan for him to get his teeth back on track and didn’t involve him getting dentures. We can’t say enough about our initial experience here. And I’m so happy to feel like I have a place that my family and I will be at for years to come❤️

It started with Amy when she scheduled my new patient exam, then to Susan who gave the most informative and detailed exam, to Dr. Conkey the hilarious and thorough exam and then to check out. I've been coming here for six years now and have had a variety of dental work - from routine cleaning and x-rays to root canals and crowns, extractions and implants. They are able to go the extra mile for people who are fearful of dental procedures, ranging from extra numbing for tooth or jaw sensitivity issues to heated rice pillows and calming medications if needed. The practice takes exemplary safety measures, such as double masking, emailing health questionnaires well ahead of the visit to limit time in the waiting room, requesting a call right before the visit to verbally verify Covid status, and making patients wait in an exterior room until temperatures are checked. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is in need of a sensitive and kind family dental practice.

They really listened to my concerns as a patient, as far as what was important to me, and worked with me to determine a course of action. As I told them, it was my best dental experience in all my 45 years of life.

I am one of those people that’s scared of going to the dentist but when Remi clean my teeth, it’s always a pleasure and enjoyable. She is very professional, friendly and sensitive when comes to her patients. The best dental hygienist, in my opinion, and I look forward for my next appointment with Remi.

I’ve been going to Stoneridge for several years now, despite it being a bit of a drive for me, because they’ve always treated me well and been responsive to my needs and requests. I met Erika for the first time today during my annual visit and she was very friendly and welcoming, plus her cleaning was even more gentle and comfortable than I’m used to. I’ve never had a bad visit here, even when I’ve had to get a cavity filled. I hate needles, but Dr Patel even manages to make them pretty comfortable by being very patient and careful. This dentist office is wonderful! This is the first time I had a truly thorough cleaning from the wonderful hygienist by the name of Remy! If you care for your teeth , you need to come here . They are very very friendly, the doctors are awesome and they put you at ease, no matter what type of procedure you're about to have. You have to come here!

I’ve been happy with my experience at Stoneridge Dental. Back in April of 2018 I had a temporary crown that needed quick attention, my daughter’s Bridal Shower was quickly approaching. It was a random choice for me to end up at Stoneridge, they got me in right away and secured the temporary. I felt confident I wouldn’t be toothless for the upcoming Shower and Wedding. At the time I was in the process of a fairly large restoration that was being taken care of by a wonderful dentist in Phoenix where I have family. As everyone knows sometimes the best laid plans change. Katie at Stoneridge had kept in touch with me every now and again through 2019 so when I needed to find a Dental provider in Cols I reached out to her. She paired me up with Dr Conkey who seems to be a great match for me, charming and witty I’ve enjoyed getting to know him. He’s easy going and never rushed. Katie has been a wonderful patient coordinator. She will take as much time as needed to schedule and explain the costs. Her patience seems endless. Being a seasoned dental patient I’ve had a condition known as Dry Socket on three different occasions from extractions done elsewhere. Recently Dr Murphy- Moberger was tasked with extracting 2 teeth, I was concerned to say the least, once you’ve had Dry Socket you’re likely to have it again. It’s a pain like nothing I’d ever experienced, It can last for days. I can happily say she did an excellent job and NO Dry Socket. I trust her completely, her warmth and sweet spirit are evident from the get go. Kim has been a wonderful assistant attending to everything from checking my stitches to making sure I have the proper paperwork. Kim has a way of making you feel at ease... even in a dental chair. Mary at check in is always smiling even when I’m running late. I appreciate the staff at Stoneridge Dental, I was upfront and honest when I told them I’d had the best out West so the bar is set very high, I’ve not been disappointed!

Stone Ridge dental has a wonderful team of people that are all dedicated to quality dental care with outstanding customer service. Stoneridge Dental hits different!! No one usually ‘enjoys’ going to the dentist but this office has the best staff. My dental hygienist, Rana, was so welcoming and genuine. She gave sound advice and some cool tips i can implement at home to make my smile happier. I will never go anywhere else and you shouldn’t either 🙌🏽

Dr. PATEL and Trisha are the best. I was very nervous about a procedure concerning my four front teeth. I can tell you my teeth look better than ever. After Dr. Patel completed the procedure , then Trisha took completed the fillings. This team did not until job on my teeth they made sure everything was great. I can say Excellent and you will not be disappointed.

It had been many years since my last dentist visit . Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They ask for your input and keep you well informed. With the covid19 scare they are well prepared and do everything to keep everyone as safe as possible. Susan has a great sense of humor and knowledge ask for her I highly recommend her and the whole staff .

I absolutely love this dental office. The staff is so welcoming and nice. Im normally a patient of Dr. Conkey but had to get an extraction. This is THE best dental office! I am new(ish) to the area and was looking to find a dental office home. I am so glad I went to Stoneridge! Dr. Patel is the greatest, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of services, which was important to me; I didn’t want to be sent out to specialists and I can have complex dental issues. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this practice or Dr. Patel- I highly recommend!

I am a new patient. I called this morning at 10:00 to make a appointment. To my surprise there was an opening in an hour. Of course I took it. I completed all the paperwork online. It only took me 5 minutes. When I arrived I was greeted by Susan, my dental hygienist. She is the friendliest person. She walked me through every detail of the process. I had by far the best dentist visit experience ever. Thanks to Susan, Dr. Cronkey, and the rest of the staff were amazing. I will recommend StoneRidge Dental to everyone. I would give them 10 stars if it was possible.

Everyone at StoneRidge Dental is so nice! I hadn’t been to the dentist in many, many years and a friend of mine suggested I go see Dr. Patel. I am so glad I did. As weird as it sounds, it is actually a pleasant experience when I go in! I feel much more educated about dental care and confident that I am taking better care of my teeth and gums because of StoneRidge Dental.

The staff and members at StoneRidge Dental Care always do a fantastic job when I go in for a cleaning or for other matters. I am a newer patient and so far I’m very happy with the way I’m treated there. Everyone seems to get along well and they always have good attitudes toward the patients. I think new patients and regulars will agree with me that this is a well run place and everyone has the experience needed to do their job correctly in a timely matter as well. 11:20 Friday, Was having lunch and bit down and SNAP.! I snapped the back half of my molar off. Then the pain hit. It was like a ice pick with every breath. I called Stoneridge Dental care. they asked how quickly can i get there. Flash forward to 2:00 PM and i am fixed and on my Way. Dr Spetka and April took great care of me and had me fixed up in no time. They made sure i was comfortable At every step and explained exactly what they were going to do. Friday, 11:20 am. Eating lunch with a customer when all of a sudden I bite down and snap ! A loud noise echoes through my head. I had bitten down and snapped a chunk off of my back molar. Then the pain started. Every breath was like a ice pick in my jaw. 11:45 I call stoneridge dental. How quickly can I get there they ask? I excuse myself from lunch and head to Stone ridge. By 2:00 I am temporarily fixed and on my way. On a Friday afternoon. These folks are amazing. April and Dr Spetka took good care of me ( I am not afraid to admit , I dread the dentist and needles). Tooth is fixed and my weekend is not ruined. Thank you Stoneridge!!!!

It’s been 6 years since my last cleaning and obviously my mouth is not in tip top shape. I thoroughly appreciated that the staff here didn’t rush me through my cleaning and testing. I know exactly where I have issues, how bad they are, and what I need to do/have done for correction and long term oral health. I love that I wasn’t treated like a paycheck to them. I felt that my concerns were heard, taken seriously, and addressed with the respect they were do. I know more about my oral health with Stoneridge that I’ve ever known before. It feels good to have a handle on my own body and health!

I went here because the service was great. They ended up being out of my network for insurance. I asked to receive an estimate of the difference compared to in network. I was told about a 20% difference. I was like well I need care and I like the service. Well in turn it was actually like a 60% difference. I had already did xrays and consult on my needs and although I had some extensive work to be done, never was prepared for a $30,000 estimate, then to have paid almost $400.00 and never have tooth one taken care of. Well I got a new pj shirt and a cleaning.

Great Job, Erin and Dr. Patel! I received great care in the extraction of a molar and insertion of an implant from Dr. Patel. My heart no longer beats like a rabbit as I approach a dental appointment as I am confident that Dr. Patel will cause me no pain, keep me informed about the procedure and with his excellent skill set does a superior job. Excellent experience. Dr. Conkey and his entire staff were welcoming and professional. I have been to several dentists over the years and none have been as thorough or meticulous as this group. Remi was my hygienist and was educated, polite, articulate and thoughtful. Her attention to detail, patient explanations to my questions, and quiet competence reflect highly of this practice. As a veterinarian and small business owner, I can appreciate the effort needed to create this experience. No financial pressure to do x, y, or z treatment. Only the best medicine and attention. As it should be and used to be. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice and drove 40 minutes to get there. Worth every minute. Great Job!

Great place to go for dental work they listen to your needs and very knowledgeable of any question you might have. I used to have to use numbing medications just to get a cleaning but they recommended a mouthwash they helps with sensitive now I don't have to use anything. I'm very happy and will tell anyone that has a dental problem go see them you won't regret it. I love this place won't go anywhere else.

I used to have dental anxiety until I had referral from a friend to Stoneridge Dental. From the minute I walked in the door until I checked out they were nothing but friendly and professional. I set my appointment up online and did my new patient paperwork online prior to my appointment. The assistants and Remi were absolutely amazing. After my examination they gave me a detailed breakdown of the work I need to accomplish with no pressure on time frame. She set my appointment for the next six month to have a root canal plus I also had a cleaning with REMI (Dental Hygienist) which I was also pleased with. I highly recommend going to Stoneridge Dental. They took my fear of seeing a dentist away with just one visit. I have my next appointments set up and I am glad I went there.

I recently became a new pt to this office and had to have a root canal done . I was very nervous but immediately felt at ease by the comforting sweet smile of the lady at the front desk . That smile and comfort greeted me by everyone I came into contact in the office during my visit . Staff and other patients . So many people smiling and enjoying one another is truly an amazing soothing atmosphere to some who is very anxious. Going to the dentist, historically a stressfull experience for me, is always pleasant at Stoneridge.
